Hey Discorders. This is from Reddit originally but their moderators on /league of legends deleted the post, gosh, i even used Ai to make this post friendly.

I wanted to share something that's been on my mind lately. There's a serious issue that I think needs more attention. It seems that <@&1044418360919740566> has polished their chat penalty system, which has resulted in harsher punishments for minor offenses like calling someone a "clown" (Honor lvl drop instantly). It's a bit worrying to see this happen.

On another note, there are these bots that are roaming around in all the nation servers. They seem to take the same monotone paths, but nobody seems to be doing anything about it. It's a bit frustrating to see that every case is being treated the same, with no specific actions taken to address this growing issue.

These bots play the same pool of champions, they dont ban any champ and start with boots as their first item, building Jaksho, armor boots, and finally Kaenic Rookern. It would be great if something could be done about them before they cause any more trouble. Not only do they ruin people's games and waste their time but also someone is making a profit out of it in the background, which is a lose-lose situation for community.

Here is the latest case of a bot account that ruined my game and proceeded to lose another 20-30 games, reaching Iron 4 elo and not being banned. https://imgur.com/a/ZhrlLZy (Pictures)

TLDR: Bot account went from P3 to I1 in 2 days after losing 30+ games and it dint get banned.

My points is that there is a clear path on how to detect a bot account.
Why aren't they taking resources from improving chat/ban system and improving the bot detection one, unless.... They have some interest there too.
Report for cheating Is there as an post-game option but no bot is banned.

Troll detection requires a lot of info to know whether someone is trolling or not. Ingame bot detection will iterally just look at cursor movement and decide off of that since a bot will have suspicious cursor movement

Man I hope they don't introduce vanguard. I'll have to stop playing. Nothing deserves access that deep into your system. There's other less intrusive ways to figure it out. Wow manages to do it just fine. They just ban in waves instead of instantly.

youre not getting restricted for calling someone a clown. case in point me, someone who regularly says that my teammates have various mental illnesses.

Especially on mmorpg games. Osrs has a massive botting problem
