the best way to win games with inters is to reframe your mental. with actual, 0/10 inters just sit back and stop caring about the game. turn on music or a podcast and way for the game to end, you need to conserve your mental energy. dont tilt, accept that its out of your control and that theres nothing you could have done. dont try harder, that will just lead to a loss and more tilt on your part. try less.

and has not changed at all for people who care more about getting personally better at the game. if you are better you will climb.
the matchmaking has not changed. the playerbase has not changed. rose tinted glasses do not make season 8 any better in retrospect if you actually think about it. if you hate matchmaking specificly, not balance but matchmaking, its because youve grown less tolerant of league's community, not because matchmaking itself has gotten any worse or better. lp changes are entirely cosmetic and do nothing at all to change the game and i really dont understand the people who care so much about it.
people did not listen to pings any more in season 3. people did not roam and communicate and work together more in season 6. if you think that, its because you just dislike leagues community more as you grow older. and thats completely fine! but dont try and use nostalgia to imply that the game at its core has changed in anyway.

If my top goes 0/10 and the rest of my team can’t carry, I usually quit to play something more relaxing or afk in jungle. Just go next and try to keep mental good.

i would say to play with a duo that is consistent in gameplay, this means you have only 3 inters max on your games, and even then they can be useful if they try abit during midgame. And also when you have a lead but your enemy has a bigger lead, i think its better to keep furthering your lead and counter attacking when they expend resources to try and shut you down, so you play at your own tempo and try to punish mistakes instead of ruining your tempo and trying to outmatch the enemies. Also also, as long as you keep playing, the inters will even out by random chance and if your skillset is higher than your current elo you will probably climb across a consistent time period
