Draven 100% ran it down, he misjudged his damage and thought he could finish that and came up like 30-50 short. That's 100% his misplay and not your fault. He had plenty of time to recognize that you weren't diving under tower and play accordingly.

? If Naut had exhaust there that would have been a kill or Zeri would have to use Flash/Both sums. OP did say that Zeri has no flash, but if you literally click on the video, you can see that Zeri still has flash. So either OP is lying or its bugged. But assuming she did use flash, that would have been a kill 100%.
There was nothing wrong about what you did, you got the hook and Draven just played like a typical Draven player.
However, against an enchanter, you need to be more aggressive than playing back at level one. As soon as the melee minions crash with each other, you should be playing around the bushes and walking up to create fear. What this does is it disallows your opponent from CSing/gaining XP and if they greed for it, your Level 1 with Draven LT is way stronger than Zeri Lulu level 1. In fact, if you played it correctly, you can flash Auto Zeri and she is dead since you have Q if they do anything. You were lucky enough that Zeri didnt dodge your hook since Max range Naut hook is very risky.
But other than that, everything else is Draven's fault.
