As per the title, I'm looking for ways to improve my midlane Yone gameplay so that I can hard carry a losing team and close out early and prevent enemy from scaling later on. I already know the combos well, am at M7 400k points, but i'm failing to really carry the team, as I've seen Dzu and Tempest do. I understand having map presence is important, but in events where i'm in bad or stagnant matchups where nothing is happening, what can I do to go from losing to carry and get myself out of silver/gold into plat.

i've had many moments where thats happened yes
Either that, or teammates feed my opposing laner that I set behind early on. This has happened many times
Of course I do realize quite a bit of fault does lie within myself, but there are plenty moments where even if I play well somehow it gets screwed over

Lots of fundamental things you can improve. Yone isn't a good champ when you are new because you have to heavily focus on how you are playing since he is a high apm champ. You can basically macro gap 80% of your games in silver/gold if you just learn good macro

yeah that sounds like mostly a macro issue then
if youre playing mid or top, then it shouldnt be likely that your teammates manage to feed your laner unless they go for a poor gank or your laner is roaming
either way is preventable by you with better macro and awareness since if your laner is roaming bot then you should be matching it/roaming top/or taking objs with jgler
