#Should Marksmen be able to 1v1 Tanks?

Depends on the tank and the adc
Stuff like malphite and mundo will most of the time run down an adc unless it has insane mobility and dmg

In general? Yes. But as people state, it's dependent.
Early to mid game, I think Tanks should always stat check the adc (similar gold and xp). In the Late game, however, Tanks should exist in the utility role, not as a carry role.
depends on the tank and if the adc has room temperature (celcius) IQ
theres a few tanks who can outscale and adcs who are early better than late, it shouldnt be an instant win for the adc at all times. i agree it should be 8/10 times but the other two the tanks gotta have room to punish fuck ups
true tanks (and not juggernauts): They already do past 2 items easily.
Better version of this question would be asking about juggs and fighters (which the answer should be no given an equal footing).
Mundo is not a tank.
Juggernaut, big difference. He should be able to 1v1 90% of champs

The item is extremely overtuned and idk why riot has never addressed it. So many champs are unbeatable at their one item botrk spike because of how strong it is being able to hit for 12% current hp

The commuity just calls everything tanky and has damage as bruiser

Brusier / fighter is a class. And juggernaut is a sub class of Fighter.

I mean in theory yes they should be able to if the tank is just running at them in a straight line and tbey are able to kite using cc/slows lmao

the tank is wearing white speedy jordans with approximity veloach and spammable slow + Ghost spell

the marksmen should definitely take some time to kill them but they shouldnt lose the fight against them
because if I can deal the same damage as a tank and be tankier why would i play fighters right
check mobile legends their tanks do negative damage and it works better
tanks being able to solokill carries defeats their purpose
give them more cc and utility and way less damage so that you can't just completely ignore them in a fight
like a tank is just supposed to be a CC/utility bot, them dealing damage (especially this game having damage scalings off of resistances is a very bad idea imo)

most other mobas dont have this problem and their tanks do negative damage, both support and solo laners
full combo doesn't kill carry at all + he shouldn't be able to full combo a carry unless he mispositioned rly badly
