There is no such thing as a good top laner since the entire game relies on how well you play mechanically. If you are good, any champ you play will be considered a good champion on your lane.
But for a simpler answer, Darius is one of the best options.

Yone is a good top laner in terms of how strong he is as a champion in the top lane position, if you did poorly, save the replay and watch it, and pay close attention to the first 5 minutes and everything did and ask yourself: what could I have done better?
