Anyone I ask thinks this was a bug. A game breaking one at that.

~~One idea I have is that it wasn't the linger from clearing the ward (which would be way shorter like in the milliseconds) but this was still the linger from hitting a disabled ward?

If that is the case why does it behave like that? The expected intuitive behaviour would be that the linger gets overridden by the linger from clearing it (the linger being very short).~~

EDIT: Can't be. I cleared a ward before that in the video and it had seemingly no vision linger at all.

Normal wards give vision for a few seconds yeah you were still in the bush in the vision area

Support ward and normal ward gives 5 seconds of vision after they are destroyed

Don't, so you can take advantage of this. I use this a lot to ambush people. Destroy a ward walk opposite direction and walk back after 5 secs

this is either a bug or on the rediculous extreme of a ward lingering after being destroyed.
Either way you just got unlucky. There may have been something else that revealed you that wasn't shown in the replay?

There’s a clip of dantes where the enemy randomly gets vision of him for no reason and he dies for it but something I forgot but that was without any wards

Naafiri can be seen through fog of war because her dogs are randomly visible for no reason at points through the game

I knew for sure it's not because of the ward, but the Kaisa W continued the vision of the ward

No it wasn't her W Void Seeker. It was the first thing I checked. It never hit me so it should not have given True Sight. I also don't have True Sight on me.

Void Seeker should also not give vision for brushes it passes through for this long

That was the first thing I discussed with friends we figured it would be hella op if it basically disables the brush

I even go out and back into the brush and it still gave vision.

I will test the duration of vision linger from Void Seeker now when it never hits but only passed thru things

Just tested it in practice mode. The projectile gives vision in a small radius. But the pass-tru vision does NOT linger.

Yeah you're right, it's def not the Kaisa W

Normal wards that get disabled will give vision for 5 seconds after destroyed in a reduced range, about 1 flash distance range instead of normal 2 flash distance vision range.

Control wards don't get disabled and so don't give residual vision after death. Not sure about blue wards but I believe normal wards that don't get disabled also don't give residual vision after death. For example when killed before they can stealth after placing.
