you can carry with qiyana but it takes hundreds and hundreds of games

most general advice I can give is play fights exclusively around your ult, if you don't have r and it's not an important objective fight just don't go

you are also terrible at fighting in lane and in base, try to draw every teamfight into the jungle or river
