why did riot remove the 2v2v2v2 gamemode? they had an entire ranked system and everything just to remove it? people spent alot of time and effort to actually grind the gamemode but its just gone now

temporay mode, was known since the start. it's said to be coming back around december though

im pretty sure that nobody was like "oh yes, ima sweat on the temporary gamemode and tryhard with only broken champs"

There were people who only played that mode

The gamemode was fun if champs that you like were actually meta in it but it clearly needed to be more balanced

That was basically everyone until glad, then people play whatever they want

2 reasons for ranked

It’s completely different from league so you can separate new and long time players

If people want to sweat they can and will go against other sweats, people who play for fun will go against others who do that too

The ranked system wasn't even good at separating good from bad players

Anyone could get gladiator

And it was very easy to abuse, so pretty much anyone can get rank 1 with enough time

I mean Gladiator was so easy to get, I got it in under 100 games. On top of this, people just don't try and play fun stuff

The only reason I despise game modes is because of the people that sweat their ass off and then proceed to talk smack like they are doing something

Then see that they are hard stuck silver that need something to boost their ego

I don't disagree though, Arena is actually one of the more fun gamemodes I played

Yeah theres basically no difference in the players in glad vs the players in bronze

as others said, it was a event specially made for the Soul Fighter event.
It's been said to return in December. (and Nexus Blitz in October)

Also, 'grind the gamemode'?
There y'all go again, making everything competitive.

This gamemode is made for the casual audience
