I have around 3k in lol over the last 2 years.
But still im insanely bad. I main jungle but also tried different roles.
I just dont have any macro.
IDK when to gank how to gank and stuff.
How can i learn this and is it even worth it?

what champ you play and whos laning who has an affect on how you should approach your ganks and where and when you should be looking for ganks. the wave state and position also has an affect on where you should enter the lane and whether it will have a high success rate. coming up with a pregame while the match loads is helpful. find your winning matchups. or i guess always be checking lane states when you can like xp, health, and mana lvls
being aware of lane priority will be helpful for knowing what objectives and CS you can take/contest
