Jinx has actually been probably the best ADC in the game for a long time now. She has some of the best raw DPS steroids in the game, access to some of the best range with rockets, massive free MS on takedown from passive (kill one, kite the rest), and her E and W can be very effective at making it difficult for many enemies to get to you when used well. She also has splash damage with her rockets too, which is powerful both for wave clear and against clumped up enemies in teamfights (made even more effective when Runaan's Hurricane, as the bolts are mini-rockets in that case).

need teammates to play the game, the only build you can play without teammates is ap which u need time to scale as because ur not online till 3 items. Ad is good if u have teammates but much less safe and requires better gameplay

After my gm adc friend explained to me the ap build i've realized how much easier it is to play the game since kaisa is reliant on teammates if you go ad since she's one of the lowest range adcs

I'd much rather play something like jinx or twitch if I don't have a team as those feel much safer due to their higher range

you have a dash + shield / invisibility + speed boost + AS boost / a burst spell / ad + ap dmg

She has everything but she doesn't have safe operating range unless she's ap poking with w. For her to perform she needs to be in lethal range of enemy champs and you need to simply be much better than the enemy to carry on her

Difference is other adcs can operate at higher ranges while kaisa cant and she mostly resides to going ap into teams she cannot play into and just playing for her passive proc

AP kaisa is the most broken build rn and becoming the most popular btw 🙂 and even with the ad kaisa build it isn't good navori with noonquiver rush is just much better

Ap kaisa 13.12 had a 63% wr and it wasn't a niche low game build

Ap has the highest carry potential while also being the safest because u can abuse zhonyas more effectively

but there are better adcs to solo carry that aren't as team reliant ap is just her best carry potential not the best out of all adcs
