It's a myth, we got to see the code for matchmaking and there's pretty clearly nothing about it that looks at player recent wins/losses. People think it exists because of cognitive bias (and cognitive dissonance).

im not sure but can u explain to me the games where i dont explicitly int how are they my fault, the 0/4/4 lulu one they had two fed assassins which i didnt participate in feeding them, and they completely took over the game

0/2/8 Janna - Troll item, low kp, slow first item = just afk game.
3/4/12 Zyra - winning bot but no drags = not pushing leads.
2/2/12 Janna - Panth should never be on top of Jhin because Janna hard counters even if Jhin is positioning badly. Panth gapped you.
1/2/10 Soraka - 19 min first item and Cait 3 levels up Jhin meaning Tahm Kench was rotating a lot, looks like you just stayed bot and didn't make much proactive plays.
2/4/1 Illaoi - 15 min first item, 4 deaths, low cs, 0 towers, didn't push the small leads you made. Just another afk game.
