Poppy is good into Kha'zix because she can stun his jump, and bodyslam him again into a wall. The key to countering Kha'zix is breaking up his combos (assuming you cannot avoid the Isolation debuff). Maokai, Jarvan IV, Xin Zhao, Nocturne all have a few answers to Kha'zix. The biggest counter is VISION. If you can play around knowing his general whereabouts, you can avoid being Isolated, and without a laner to rotate and kick him out of your jg.
