Practice tool, work on it until you can execute it cleanly, then slowly work for speed.

so with your ward there is one trick u can do after u q1 b4 u get to your target hold 4 where u want to go behind then and spam w on that spot(q2 damage wont go off as you should cancel it mid air to go behind them) and then aftet u get to ur ward ult them into team

i tried practicing 30 minutes a day and it only made my ward placing better but i still have trouble with w to it

note if u hold down ward out of range it will instantly place when u get in range practice on dummies in practice tool
and you can also cancel all your q2s with a w hop

It's fine, but chempunk is a very situational item
No matter what you build you will be useless late game anyway unless you can do crazy combos
So just focus on ward hops, insecs and playing as good as you can during the first 20 min
After 20 min it starts getting rough if you're not ahead

It's more important to be consistent at ward hops and insecs
If it takes 1 second for you to ward hop then you will be at a disadvantage every single game
Your ganks will be slower, your insecs will be slower and every combo that needs a ward hop will be slow

Also learn to ward hop while in the middle of your Q animation
Cause you want to insec your opponent without him being able to flash/dash
