I want to cs well or I want to get good vision, just focus on few skillsets at a time

Repetition will make it easier to do many of the things you're trying to do without really thinking about it. Let the small stuff be auto-piloted so that you can focus on the important stuff (in most games, it's keeping aware of information and making decisions with that information that should be your main focus, everything else you do can be practiced until you don't have to think about it).
