they are hated cuz are broken champions. yasuo is hated by range mains cuz his windwall completely blocks a fed adc damage. yone is hated by everyone cuz of his E and damage, oneshots you and Es away.

they are slightly broken, but its not like they dont have counters, they got many: cc, assassins, stat checkers, poke. every champ can be seen as broken, but every champ has counters which in the end puts them all around 50% wr. each champ has its own way to play it, if u play yasuo top hes gonna have a bad wr because his kit is designed for anti range, but played mid he can safely scale vs range.

in the end if they hate ur main 90% of the cases its cuz u counter their main

it's 50% of armor ignored, but only for 15 seconds after ult. It's mostly the reason he isn't forced to get a % pen item 3rd (sometimes such an item is still worth building on him but it's not always needed).
