I prefer shurleya but it’s preference, enchanters take either or and I prefer AH on seraphine for more Ws and less cooldown on Q

well, if you play her support, and you have a team you can rely on, you could go full sustain and build Bettlesong and Staff of flowing water, but mostly yes, you would likely go Lyandre's. Not sure about Rylai. Defineitly agree with Chemtech Putrifier. Personally I don't build Redemption that often but it is a valid option that adds a lot of value.

if you play her support on low elo, just build as much ap as possible bc at there, damage is the most important 🙂 tho in high elo, she not even a optimal pick 😄

I mean Seraphine basically becomes an echo W bot once teamfights happen which is why 90% of her builds are just insane CDR stacking - if your team lacks damage you shouldn't pick Seraphine anyway.
