The patch did nth to the meta, no shake up, no change, nth, the same 10 champs are still strong, besides yuumi cos of her rework, they might not have a 54% wr anymore but are still too strong, so yeah, not a good patch

Generally speaking higher shielding/lower healing is better late as items that reduce shields suck

the on-hit healing is too strong imo

combined with R it make you too tanky
