What do you think of it against something more traditional like Luden's or Crown

I think her power spikes are more her shards and you can get them easier with levels but can be maxed before 16 (iirc I haven’t played her a lot since her rework)
I think she has enough range and damage to have a mythic like Luden’s and isn’t reliant on the RoA passive

this is even good against rod users since they stack health and liandries passive will active

The 16 spike is a gimmick that a single champion cares about, it shouldn’t be used as an indicator for whether or not a champ wants rod.
Rod is for champs who spam spells a lot and want a bunch of numbers to do it with
