Learning Samira and Cait would be really OP. Samira hasn't really had any bad spots and she's really consistent as an ADC and damage dealer. Caitlyn outpokes most champs and is great when paired with cc mages.

Samira actually has a decent pick rate globally (9%) with 50.65% win rate. Not in a bad state. Actually can snowball games hard if you take treasure hunter and crush lane. But feels so bad when ur playing from behind.

K’Sante is popping off recently, and he gonna be nerfed soon, Sylas jungle has the highest pick rate all of all junglers in Master+ and even Plat+. But his winrate leaves much to be desired.
Riot will probably buff him because he’s suddenly popular in jungle and might be a 4 way flex pick. Same way they did with Graves.
