The answer has already been said zzz. Why would they waste time on something that doesn’t make them money? They’re a private company at the end of the day.
If it costs more than it were to make or would take as much or similar time to projects that have shown to make much more money, like KDA skins, then why would they make a shitty map that is free? Or even charge a shitty $5 for when they can make RP prices $5 minimum for shitty skins?

Just say you want players to pay for something for you to make it.
99% of the player base just loves to complain and not think why. Obviously they have the resources; the just care about the money. If you want more money, make it obvious to the majority of idiots who play this game.

I can learn to code within a week and implement an entire new map and game system if I was bored enough, but billion dollar, multi-hundred employee company can’t make a shitty reskin or recycle an old map.
I 100% assure you that if the CN or KR servers asked for it, they would make it.
Too bad NA/EU popular/yearly revenue can’t ever compare to those regions.

I just think its funny that a billionare company can't think that giving the player cool things like a map for a specific period of the year or a PvE gamemode with custom map on the big event in the middle of the year would make them like more the game and buy more things on the game
