Fleet footwork, presence of mind, legend bloodline or legend tenacity if they have cc, coup de grace, taste of blood or cheap shot if my team has a lot of cc, and treasure hunter

For items I go galeforce, boots of swiftness, collector, IE, then I build depending on the situation like mortal reminder if they have a lot of healing, rapid firecannon if I want to stay away, bloodthirster if I want sustain, guardian angle if I get easily killed, and ldr if they are tanky and I can't do much damage to them
