What helps is looking up the support on op.gg before the match starts maybe even your entire team

this is only an issue at really really really low ranks
so just get better at the game, rank up and you wont have this issue anymore

Honestly if you're not in smurf que they shouldn't be a problem even in smurf que and getting the bots I still hold a 55% wr so far 
Although I dropped from like 70% because of low game size you'll still win with them on your side if you're better than the others

They’ll afk under turret and send a thumbs up or ping “on my way” once or twice
Legit just afk in turret and recall

@misty turtle The ones I got so far did not do anything they just afked in laning phase used one Q or E once in a full moon
And did not do anything else
no hitting enemy THEY DID HIT MINIONS WHEN THEY WERE HALF HP UNDER TOWER THOUGH SO I MISSED THEM
