U might want to watch a guide. I don’t play Evelyn personally but as someone who goes against her it’s crucial to use the passive to ur advantage. I even see some ult to escape death so look at ur ult in that way as well as a kill.

despite eve being a scaling champ, you need to be really aggressive on her early
pre 6 it's hard if you have lanes without setup
you only get one guaranteed succesful gank if your lanes don't have setup
and that's a flash charm
post 6 it gets easier ofcourse
and then you should be looking to stack your mejais/dark seal as soon as possible
first base on eve should always be boots+dseal and an amptone or t2 boots + dark seal if you have the money
if Eve can't stack her mejai's early
she's useless until you get to deathcap
