90% is an exaggeration. If games are only decided by your team that much then you aren't making an impact. The easiest answer is to get good because the better you are the more you'll climb, especially after 500 games. You should probably put ur op.gg here so people can review your score in games and give actual feedback

Even if u get bad teams or in ur case adc try and use ur better judgement. If ur pushed up and mid signals missing try and ping danger and tell ur adc to back off. It’s little things like this that help to avoid death

My own personal opinion, support mains should never play yuumi. If youre autofilled from any other role, then sure, but not support mains.

In my experience, what gets you out of bronze is cs (youre support so i guess idk what you did), but what got me out of silver was avoiding deaths at all costs. Learn how to not die. Try so that either you or your adc lives if you get ganked or play safe even when the adc doesnt listen. Mimimize all your deaths.

I got from silver to Plat a few seasons ago by playing enchanter supports and roaming/avoiding dying 🤷

I used to play engage supports but couldn't climb because either

My engages were dogshit
My team wouldn't follow up

Personally from a support main myself, I’d say pick 2-3 supports that you feel like you can carry with and start maining them. Some good examples are Velkoz, Zyra, Heimerdinger, Poppy, Twitch, Seraphine, Swain, Senna, or Pyke. I ended up choosing Senna and Ashe, and so long as you position correctly, you can typically either pick up kills to start snowballing a lead, or play around whoever on your team is good and serve to either back them up or set up kills for them (something like Thresh, Blitzcrank, Zoe and Ashe excel at this)
