Yeah it’s possible. But the healing isn’t as op as you would think because majority of Aatrox’s healing comes from omnivamp

Basically Aatrox heals based on post-mitigation damage

and he doesn't gain omnivamp either

it's more similar to Rhaast's passive than anything else

I don't know why Riot made it Omnivamp even though:
Rhaast was released way before the rework
Rhaast was literally there the whole time when they would've changed E
Rhaast's very goddamn existence
