horrible vision - no control wards and placing wards way too late u put down like 7 wards in a total of 20 min then didn't use any blue wards for the remaining 9 minutes of the match
scrolling down thru ur games u died 4 times in 5 minutes in one game and only placed 1 ward during that time and it was to secure a kill - not warding for jg ganks which was the reason for ur death a minute later
ur extremely hit or miss on ur profile which most likely means that you are getting bounties and dying giving a big enough gold advantage to the point where you're behind

that's not recent and more of you not knowing enough ab vision

idk whats happening past 2 days ive been playin so badly i usually average 120-130 cs in 15mins but now i can barely get a hundred

u have bought a total of 2 control wards this entire month
just review ur games and see what mistakes u make especially in laning as it's the most important time of the game
and then just get into the habit of buying a control basically every base

i usually always watch cs last hit look at enemy supp

don't play ezreal zeri or kaisa/jinx and play sivir ashe jhin more youre playing champs that are harder to be impactful on and i think its holding you back
dodge when you get autofilled/offroled youve lost like an entire rank by not dodging offrole/autofill games
id also recommend looking into going cleanse on samira sometimes it destroys summoner spells like exhaust and ignite and also helps you engage in certain team comps
id also recommend changing your runes to something like this you can keep the offense rune as attack speed but sudden impact can be REALLY good at helping you snowball early because of the 9 lethality bonus is a LOT of early damage
id say try it and see how you like it

kaisa is just not that good of an adc jinx is team reliant zeri is eh and ezreal is ezreal - he is semi difficult but he's better than jhin sivir and ashe tbh

It's like putting a normal every day driver in a formula 1 race
They legit can't pilot ezreal
Even if they could he's still probably worse than other champs

he is not a huge step up in difficulty tbf
he spikes a lot earlier than other adcs
there aren't really any 'giga hard' adc's apart from like maybe kallista but her difficulty isn't all too high and the hardness just comes from needing ur teammate to be competent
