just a general question about the game, is there a reason why we can't swap abilities in our kit around? say for example instead of ahri's charm on E, we can put it on W etc. Other games with similar playstyle do this, like diablo or lost ark. So im wondering why League locks abilities to keys

The games you are describing are very different than League because you can swap abilities outright.

Okay so when I learn a new champion their QWER are fixed in that order. Ahri's charm is on E. Say I still want to use QWER keybind but i want her charm to be on W instead

It's the same universe but the gameplay is quite different
WoW is a spin off technically but at this point the original Warcraft brand has all but disappeared and StarCraft is the only RTS most people think about these days
