Fiora W is probably the most infuriating ability to play against. A lot of fights feel entirely dictated by when she decides to hit it despite being instantaneous, and there's too many situations where you just can't bait it out.

As for annoying champions in their entirety, my eternal hatred goes towards riven, specifically because it's hard to punish her for playing horribly when she has 4 dashes and a shield with like no cooldown.
