I think he's in an ok spot as it is currently. but a lot of the popular mids dont really favor or justify picking him IMO.

Yes in iron, but ryze's winrate increases with rank. From 44% in bronze to 48% in GM and 56% in challenger. Ryze is an incredibly difficult champion to execute, just because YOU can't doesn't mean he needs a buff.
