Mob Heads. Creaking head?

Creaking head - just a quick question, how do we get a creaking head in survival? Because you can't kill the creaking with just a sword, and you have to break creaking hearts for the creaking to die. Did the creator implement a way you can get the head in survival?
I will test this in creative aswell

Ah, it seems like I have a fundamental misunderstanding of creakings

You can break the heart, and then it allows you to kill the creaking

You can't kill him, thats why I made it so you can get the head with a chance when mining the creaking heart block

So, what I couldn't really figure out, is, does that count "with silk touch", or do you need to kill it and get the XP?

I'm at 2500 breaks now, so just wanting to know if i'm against the odds or doing it wrong 😄 😄

Just tested it again with silk touch, and yes works

but 2500 breaks is a bit crazy haha

you can also always change the drop rates in ⁨⁨/trigger mobheads.config⁩⁩ if you find something too annoying or hard

I have a line with two stacks of hearts, placing and breaking, with a beacon, so it's relatively quick

It doesn't need the pale oak around it to activate it right? or does it?

to make sure the chance is set correctly, you can you check it under ⁨/trigger mobheads.config⁩ inside "Drop Rates"

I'm playing on a server I don't own, but have the other mob heads, If I really get at 99% I'll contact the owner 😄

or like that somebody collected all heads
