It's locked behind the Dark Quests, it's a known bug which will be fixed in the next version!

@young stag I think I have the same issue, and maybe I know the reason. I got one of the set pieces from a green skull before acquiring the upgrade, that may have prevented it from granting me the items when I finally got it.
Should I also send you my save?

I'm not sure that Ed will have enough time to correct the data for everyone 🫂
