Yes but it's not global codex only for the area you're in that matters

They do as glory gain seems to be tied to XP but main modificator is area you are in: bigger area`s lvl - bigger the gain, then codex multiplicator kicks in. For example lvl 46 map codex 10 gives me 30 Glory, lvl 48 codex 10 - 250-300. Current glory lvl is 15m
So you cannot outrun glory farm for current area w with onslaughter+dash on previous

You don't

We just calc it by the lvls we gain per kill

I get 1 glory lvl per kill so I say I got 1 glory per kill
