Own a rifle for submarine defense, since that's what the found colonies intended. Four mudraptors break into my submarine. “What the devil?” As I grab my pirate helmet and Europan rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first mudraptor, he’s dead on the spot. Draw my handcannon on the second raptor, miss him entirely because its smoothbore and nails Artie Dolittle. I have to resort to the flak cannon mounted on the ceiling loaded with spreadshot, “Tally ho lads'’ the spreadshot shreds two mudraptors in the blast, the extra shrapnel kills the mechanic. Load raptors bane into a syringe gun and fire at the last terrified mudraptor. He dies on the floor because raptors bane is lethal to raptors, just as the founding colonies intended.

Highlights from last night:

  • @karmic herald taking enough psychotic drugs to drive an elephant insane and then roleplaying as Guts with a boarding axe ( @native canyon take note)
  • Someone loading explosive shells mid fight into the coil gun that could look directly into the captains quarters, followed by me blowing @spare cipher straight out of his cabin as I try to clear the top of the cabin
  • Having 5 new airlocks made by some lovely crawlers, tiger threshers and mud raptors all at once
  • Being under attack, sinking with multiple breaches and hearing the folks working the fabricator bitch about not having enough resources whilst fighting for my life clearing the ship
