How do I fix "frontend version outdated" error?

When I opened the "Comfy Workflow" tab a few seconds ago (I had copied a ComfyUI workflow from CivitAI), I got this error:

Version Compatibility Warning: Frontend version 1.28.8 is outdated. Backend requires 1.33.10 or higher. In almost all cases, this message can be safely ignored.

What does this mean? Which "frontend" is this error message referring to? How do I fix this error?

go to the Server tab, hit Update&Restart

then refresh the page

if that doesn't fix it, go to server->backends-> make sure autoupdate is enabled and frontendversion is set to LatestSwarmValidated
