I got an error at the end when I was installing SwarmUI on my Macbook.

I receive the error you see on the image I add on this post.

I'm not an expert and I just follow a YouTube tutorial so I kindly ask some easy steps cause I am already struggling 😅

Ah, you missed part of the mac install instructions, you will have to delete your copy of SwarmUI and go back and ensure you have python3.11 installed before reinstalling swarm

I cannot help you if you are incapable of reading. Please look at what you wrote, and look at what is in the screenshot of the install instructions just above, and spot the problem

I also tried to generate the simple and it’s working on that, it’s slow but seems working.

Can I ask you some advice to make it work more faster?

I have M1 on my MacBook and I think it’s still good right?
Or I need to upgrade? 😅

Macs are just gonna be slow, especially M1 but all macs in general. If you want fast local AI you need a proper Windows/Linux desktop computer with a recent nvidia graphics card
