1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
V. "INVALID_PROTOBUF : Load model from <...>\models\insightface\inswapper_128.onnx failed:Protobuf parsing failed" OR "AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'" OR "AttributeError: 'FaceSwapScript' object has no attribute 'save_original'"
This error may occur if there's smth wrong with the model file inswapper_128.onnx
Try to download it manually from here and put it to the stable-diffusion-webui\models\insightface replacing existing one
I did this but never got anything to work , still getting the same error message
maybe mcmonkey would ask the same ...
got to Server -> Logs and Debug, maybe you see more informations why the models fails to load
alright thank you will do 😅
I tried reloading everything from github in the folders as I was told to, but I'm still getting the same thing so trying this now 🙂
found this in the logs , doesn't look good ....
if following that isn't enough, @ quaggles
btw, can you tell me wat is reswapper for a model ?
i can't no, quaggles might
@brave raft I tried it , redownloaded everything and put in the folders, I just don't understand the line codes of errors ( I'm a noob , clearly )
@raw linden do you have any ideas what this could be? after trouble shooting what @brave raft just sent me , redownloading everything, still getting the error codes in the logs
P.S. this might be something I'm doing wrong
I haven't tested ReActor on linux before so that's a bit of an unknown
It looks like an error with one of the face analysis models that ReActor is meant to autodownload.
I'd check that you have the following files in this folder:
"SwarmUI\dlbackend\comfy\ComfyUI\models\insightface\models\buffalo_l"
1k3d68.onnx
2d106det.onnx
det_10g.onnx
genderage.onnx
w600k_r50.onnx
If they are you can try deleting them and downloading buffalo_l.zip from https://huggingface.co/datasets/Gourieff/ReActor/tree/main/models, extract the models and put them in that folder.
The ReActor model autodownloader is notorious for partially downloading files or corrupting them, I'd say 50% of issues are due to that
Hi @raw linden I'm a dumbass @cursive vessel helped me my file was not in the correct place when downloaded, which resulted in the error, see images : first one is when automatically downloaded and second and 3rd was when fixed for me : the inswapper was in buffalo
