Specifically in regards to Incursio's Meme Diffusion checkpoint, a lot of the images list Restart as the sampler. I cannot find anything on how to enable it in SwarmUI, or if it is even supported.

"Restart" as a sample is... one of the samplers (??) with restarting enabled (basically just glorified automatic way of repeatedly making the sampler stop and restart along the way). I don't know which sampler it'd be offhand, I think somebody added a "Restart" sampler to auto at some point that's just... whatever their personal favorite settings to use that way were and dubbed it the one true restart sampler for some reason
it's not natively included in Swarm because... well it's just a silly wonky sampling technique and 90% of the time the best sampling technique is just stop being silly and use the normal one, lol
i wouldn't recommend trying to copy much more than just prompts off civitai posts
