7 members of the V1BE crew all at once too after updating. One got the warning message when opening once, then another saying suspended. Then when they opened again they had the warning message and were able to get into the account, so it is clear it is a glitch following the update

Ive been having issues logging into my account for a week and now Im banned for 3 days over nothing. Why do i even pay for netflix ?
I’m not Lvl 2 in here yet so I can’t post the image, but after a little bit, I was able to get past the “Your profile has been reported” screen. I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m thankful to be back in! I hope everyone will get their account back too. 🙏
I got the message once when I updated it, but when I opened it a second time, the message didn’t appear. No “Your account has been reported” or anything like that.
But seriously, getting your account banned or suspended when you did literally nothing wrong? NOT COOL. Like, seriously, tell me, is there proof that us players did something wrong at least?
I am suspended for a week. I don’t think it’s because we did something wrong. They just messed up really bad with the update 🙂

I tried calling them before and last night too. They always says they don’t know or standard troubleshooting and then team is working on it and timeline unknown 😆

@ashen mango I called this number, the polite lady took notes and will report to the relevant team.
I also filed a separate complain about the programmers doing such a poor job, ignoring request from people, like the report-ban issue.

try it again i called three times got 2 different people who were knowledgable by 3rd call the reports coming in went from my original 8 i knew of to like 16 ppl then 30 so more ppl do this the more they realize is a system error not necessarily a real report

Called them and they've raised a ticket, also asked them to log it as an official complaint. Couldn't tell me anything as they don't have the accesses but their technical team will be back to me within 72 hours. She couldn't wait to get me off the phone at the end.

1-3 days, but why am I getting banned a week?
i swear carl‘s pogo pickup rate got nerfed. i get way less pogos than before, super annoying.
and no euls firework rate got buffed? way more fireworks in one go repeatedly.

Honestly, I am extremely confused and disappointed with what happened to my account.
I previously received a suspension, waited for it to end, then came back and intentionally tried to avoid ANY possible problems. For the past two days I have mostly been playing alone or only with one close friend in a closed party, avoiding unnecessary interactions with other players completely , Then suddenly, I got suspended again for a MONTH!.
What genuinely frustrates me is that I truly do not know what I supposedly did wrong . I am 100% certain I did not break any rules or harass anyone. At this point, it honestly feels like I may have been falsely reported for something I did not do.
I contacted support just trying to understand the reason behind the suspension, I simply want fairness and transparency regarding what happened to my account.
I had the same issue although I admit I play hostile parties. I never have any issues in them and most of them are names I play with every day.I also received no email no any notification. And no response to the appeal either.

My advice: contact the game support through the “bugs” section, because they don’t respond in the “ban appeals” section. But I should warn you right away that absolutely no one will actually help you either in the game support or in Netflix support. However, they will at least accept your ticket
I completely understand that you personally may not be able to assist directly here, and I genuinely appreciate your response.
However, the reason I am frustrated is because my previous experience with the game support team was extremely disappointing. The last time I received a suspension, it lasted for an entire week, and throughout that whole period I kept receiving very general responses without any real investigation into my specific case. Eventually, the suspension simply expired without me ever understanding the actual reason behind it.
Now the same situation seems to be happening again. This time I received a one-month suspension, and despite clearly explaining the issue, one support representative responded by telling me to reinstall the game and check my internet connection — even though I already explained that other Netflix profiles on the same device are working perfectly fine. The responses honestly feel automated and unrelated to the actual issue being reported.
What upset me even more was that yesterday I explained respectfully that I genuinely believe I did nothing wrong, that I feel unfairly punished, and that I wanted to submit an appeal — only to be told to simply wait until the month ends.
I am not trying to create problems or attack anyone. I am simply asking for someone to genuinely review my case properly, because I truly feel that my situation has not been investigated fairly at all.

I strongly agree with u on this.
Regardless of the mysterious mass suspension of accounts this time (seriously it's like Thanos snapped his fingers), the support team and programmer team should be working more closely together and hear out what the top players here are complaining about. There are too many unanswered requests like nerf the projectiles / report-ban function / players freeze at end of rounds / etc. It almost feels like the programmers don't even know what's going on and they just code whatever they want.
The “kara nerf” group already has 1520 messages 😁 I honestly have no idea how many more messages still need to be written there
The way they solve this is push another projectile character up - Yong Sik
Then create Kara 2.0 - that police with shield + knife
So that ppl stop complaining about Kara… 🙄
Those projectiles aren’t just projectiles, they come with military-grade-auto-homing ability… wtf…

The police character with shield and knife now barely has any knives after the update. And against stones, besides Kara and Beatrice, no one can really play properly anymore. Just bring back Diego’s old abilities 🤣 so everything becomes even better.
But going back to the bans — it’s been three days. Will we ever hear any response, even just something, from the developers or not?

Hey, I want to report something serious happening in the game right now.
Since last night, multiple members of our team have been suspended or banned. We now have 5 players banned from the same team, and it honestly looks like coordinated mass reporting.
Some of the banned players barely even use chat, and some don’t talk at all, so this makes no sense from our perspective.
We also have screenshots of people organizing false reports and bans against our team in WhatsApp groups.
We’re not asking for special treatment, we just want the bans reviewed fairly because the report system seems to be getting abused right now.
its really confusing cause it says that mass reports are not allowed, but its never specified which guideline was broken to receive a suspension! and only mass reports (without any real basis) could justify several people from the same team getting suspended at the same time
Almost ten days ago, this ban bug occurred. Players who received month-long bans still cannot play.
Those who were unbanned in most cases ended up getting banned again.
I still haven’t received any response from support regarding my ban appeal — neither by email nor any other contact.
A 1.5-hour conversation with Netflix support led nowhere, just like the conversation with the game’s own support.
Many players, because of your bug, now believe they are receiving real bans from actual people, and the game is becoming even more tense.
We would really like to at least once receive a response from the actual team regarding each issue we raise here in the chats — even in text form. Because we’re “not horses,” or how was it said😉?

You could ask a friend who has a Netflix subscription to transfer your profile to their account, and then they could move that profile back to your account 😁 But yeah, I also have similar suspicions 🧐

To the dev's that are left with working on this game, if you can't fix it, pls just turn back the latest update bc it's never been more broken then it is now and things that weren't broken are now broken...
How my games are going today:
1st game – the bot in the final round got stuck on the spikes – 4 trophies
2nd game – Yong-sik holding the finish line on Glass Bridge with an endless supply of rocks – -8 trophies
3rd game – Beatriz in the final – 4 trophies
4th game – Kara on Marbles with an endless number of shields – 4 trophies
5th game – bugged marbles that got stuck – 4 trophies
An hour of gameplay, tons of positive emotions, and 8 trophies 😏
