Use the ingame support system if you can
I cant send links here but scroll down the bug reports topics here and find the one that is also about account ban and there's a link posted there for Netflix games support if you cant access from ingame. The oeople here cant see your account info.
Have you got in contact with support? We unfortunately do not have reasons for bans disclosed to us. All we can do from here is to encourager you to contact support and talk to them. π

As in they haven't replied yet or the answer they gave was inconclusive? If they haven't replied yet, they will, don't worry. It's just a lot of tickets to go through...

I donβt mean to be petty .. but it goes against your community guidelines of inclusion.. as Iβve been excluded for one whole day with no explanation π
I do understand and agree with you, but I am powerless inside the game. Subjects like that are discussed with support, in-game.
