In the Climb Up/Leap Up game, a Kara behind the finish line smacked me with a bat. I was standing in front of the line so I could knife the other Karas approaching. The bat somehow knocked me into some hole that I legit could not get out of. Could see players in the distance from this area.

Lost R1 bc I could not leave this hole. They’re even letting these fleas trap us now lol. 🙄

The day I started to hate Kara, I stopped playing as her. Coz I don’t want others to go through the frustration of playing against her. I know everyone has their own right to play as whatever they want and we of course cannot dictate others.

Tbh I hate her more than when Diego was overpowered. I think this is bc at least we had Emmi and Jun-hee in their primes. The nerfing of those two was like the starting point of this game’s downfall.

No-eul is the character with the greatest chance at getting multiple throwables now. But the fireworks just seem to knock you around. Kara’s dodgeball is so strong.

But Netflix doesn’t care how we feel. We’re talking into space.

Also, I don’t like how Kara is one of the starter characters. This may cause new players to just stick with her bc she’s easy to level up fast and she’s often guaranteed wins bc of the eternal shield being in almost every box.

Very rarely do I see a FM or Spud only wait to attack Kara. Usually they do it to anyone. And they often end up losing to Kara. Like you both had multiple opportunities to keep Kara behind.

I will never understand the logic. And I actually played Spud recently and was lettng everyone pass in Jump Rope. I was about to get a shieldless Kara, but some other Spud decided to fish me in and then retrieve his spiked bat to smack me. He chased me the entire round behind the finish. SMH. Guys, this was strange but it was not just this match. When I target Kara with the boll, sometimes she won’t get highlighted no matter how much I try. And I made sure it’s not when they are using the shield. It doesn’t always happen but it does happen sometimes. I am not sure it’s the glitch but it’s very frustrating. 😒

I’m worried if the devs rightfully nerf Kara they will also nerf Rin and Jun-ho. I don’t think the issue is shield characters in general, but just the ridiculous length of Kara’s shield and how often she picks it up. Either one of those being adjusted would be a good nerf in my opinion.

As level 20 Jun-ho, there are so many times where I use a shield and don’t proc the multi-knife. And as level 20 Rin, I will get a non-shock shield sometimes. I don’t think the nerf should be to shield characters in general and just specifically Kara.

Seems nerfs in general just gut the character, like Diego who is now just a way worse No-eul.

It doesn’t make sense to nerf Rin or Jun-ho.

Jun-ho doesn’t always get a knife with his shields. I’ve had so many games where I picked up 5 shields and got no knives esp when I need them the most in survival games; his knife pick up rate is lowered in survival games sometimes I get 0 knives the entire game including when it’s just me vs a crew.

Rin’s shockwave shield is mixed with regular pink shields.

Kara’s long blue shields are NOT mixed. Human Karas only get blue shields which I think is a dev mistake.

Rin also doesn’t always get bats with his shockwave shield and I’ve rarely seen Kara not get a ball.

Karas pickup rate is way too high. A long time ago it was lowered for like 2 weeks but for whatever reasons devs changed it to being insanely high and unfair.

I understand — no hate at all! Also didn’t mean to aim against the whole crew! Apologies if you felt that way. It’s just from my personal experience, I am often unlucky to encounter these Kara crew parties. Make me PTSD 😮‍💨

I hope you can also see it from our perspective. When we run into not just one or two Karas, but 3 or more from the same crew (I have seen many other crews do this), the game felt unplayable.

And I also have my crew friends play as Kara as we don’t forbid other players to play but I usually leave the party if it becomes too many Kara as I feel like it’s not fair for other solo players.

I’ve also seen some really strong non-Kara players from your crew! 😁 Peace ✌️

Yes, I’ve been playing this game since July. I used to play Kara, that was back when draws were still possible. There wasn’t such a huge backlash back then. I even mentioned earlier that I played Kara myself 🙂 Right now I play Stones.

Forcing ties and refusing to fight without shield. Besides RLGL maps, two of the worst maps with her are Carousel and Marbles.

Many Kara mains stand on the non-safe tiles in Carousel the entire round. And they run into the electric cage or fire in Marbles if they only find melee weapons.

They need to start automatically disqualifying the Karas (or Beas) that do nothing in R3. Like I wish it could be detected that they’re doing nothing but hiding. People don’t deserve to be eliminated bc of players like that.

With the “upgrade” of characters to level 25, you downgraded all the characters we had already developed. Now we have to bring them back to their previous state. That’s already a bit strange, isn’t it?

But characters like Rin and Jun-Ho, even at level 24, don’t get what they used to have. When I play Jun-Ho, with 5 shields I only get one set of knives. We now have an endless amount of balls, stones, fireworks, a buffed Beatrice with new maps where she just hides in safe spots. We have a completely unnerfed Kara. We have a set of “fun” games where you get knocked out, where the attack button is placed too high and after the update sometimes only works on the third press.

Honestly, everyone’s patience has its limit. Unbalanced characters lead to increased toxic behavior in the game. Please fix this

It’s insane how much they nerfed rin. A short range character with no lethal weapon and the pushback shield doesn’t even work 1/2 the time.

Was Kara even changed at level 25? Seems like every human Kara I go against has gotten Kara to level 25 and always gets long blue shields again. Kara is the easiest to upgrade and is still leagues better than some higher-rarity characters like Gi-hun, Thanos, and Nia. Make it make sense.

Off topic but it’s so ridiculous that dalgona characters don’t always start with their item but let’s give Kara a long blue shield or Yong-sik 10 lethal rocks at the start.

I don’t believe Kara was changed at lv25. All they did was give non maxxed Kara’s pink shield but lv25 Kara only gets long blue shields which makes no sense bc Rin’s shields are mixed at lv25 and he’s nerfed in other ways too

Yep, the nerf did nothing but make it take longer to upgrade to the blue shield. I still see the leveled Karas getting shields in boxes pretty much every time…and they usually get a dodgeball after. Then they go and nerf Rin like he’s a bot lol like what is this?
