Hi, I played season one and got to Front Man during the Thanos event and this season I just got to Front Man rank today. When I went to claim the reward I just got character tokens. I’m pretty sure I’m supposed to get the skin and uncertain what to do.

Make sure you're going directly through Player Support for any missing items/outfits. Unfortunately, we can't solve that over Discord, but they'll be able to help you out.
