While I agree there should be some sort of competition so that skill is a factor, I find it highly unfair that the game lacks proper connectivity and as a result you can lose rank. At least if there’s a way to register that the game glitched and doesn’t decrease your rank for that would be nice…

they have added safe checkpoints every 5 levels gained. For example, if you hit level 55, you can no longer go below 55. Same goes for lvl 60, 65, 70 etc. its a fair rating system imo

Yeah that’s cool and all but I was at 59 and since the Thanos event started I lose connectivity every round and fell back to 56. Beyond ridiculous.

@small breach you prob need to troubleshoot your connectivity because when i play solo, i have maybe one laggy/dc game every 20-25 games.

@small breach try hard resetting the game (swipe it away), reset router, check if playing on 2g or 5g internet,

ive found that hard resetting the game works 90% of the time to fix an issue in the game

I have run into lost connection issues but once I hit the Lost Connection screen, I just quit the game, close the app, and go back in, and I don’t lose ranks…. But when it is the first picture (with just red icon) then yeah I feel like that part should null from losing since it shouldn’t count against us.

I’ve seen others say they can exit out of game without losing rank but I have not found that to be true. I lose rank regardless

You don’t start losing rank until you’re higher in rank like 50’s…
