I topped up my balance and wanted to gift a skin from the shop, but the amount doesn't seem to be deducted from my balance. I'm immediately redirected to the coin top-up page, where I'm prompted to top up again. However, instead of the actual price, it shows me the regular price in coins. What can i do?

Your gifting allowance is based on prior purchases

So you do not have enough to gift basically

So how the gifting works is it takes in account your total amount of coins bought over the lifetime of the game.

So say you bought 6000 coins and that's all you've ever bought. Your gifting "limit" is 3000 coins

There's a bug that happened to me and my friends, if for some reason you're looking for a match and click on the "Scrimmage" button right before it find a match, you won't be able to join into the match even restarting the game. If it's a ranked one, you'll get a 32 ranked points penalty. I'm still waiting the support team to give back the ranked points, it looks like they won't give them back, so personally I recommend not to go to the Scrimmage when looking for a ranked game until they fix that bug.

Sucks because I sank so much time and $$$ into fragpunk and I just feel like a complete idiot for not ending the task completely before starting the game.

I already send a very apologetic message to the support email but I doubt it’ll get me unbanned. I feel like an absolute fool so I completely removed all mods off my PC and have now vowed to never alter another game again fml.

If anyone has any helpful suggestions to maybe get this cleared up or at least lessen the ban for like a month and not 10 years. This was genuinely just a dumb mistake on my part and I feel completely devastated

It means a string in the code had an infinite loop, causing a crash in the AC system. In order for that string to not crash (because it doesn’t have an end, it keeps looping), it has to stop the program and create a file dump. That file gets sent to the developers directly.

You can simply repair the client through Steam using their file verification system and it should resolve itself.

So how the gifting works is it takes in account your total amount of coins bought over the lifetime of the game.

So say you bought 6000 coins and that's all you've ever bought. Your gifting "limit" is 3000 coins

If it's both Xbox and PC, it might be your network. Try some basic troubleshooting for your network device (router/modem), reset your network devices (or turning on airplane mode, then turning it on again), or contact your ISP and see if there is a problem on their end.

Keep in mind it was a prize pool skin too, so pretty much “gambling” to get it. I don’t know what the max price was for that pool specifically, but basically you paid small amounts for the first Pulls, and more and more the more pulls you’d want to do. The skin had a very low chance of all the items within the pool (don’t know the exact %, but if it’s the same as current pools it was 0.5%), so you’d have to go in with the expectation to pay full price for the skin. If this is the same price as current pools (idk if/how much adjustments they made to prices compared to last pools), it’s 6600 fragcoins for the skin (guaranteed), but you could get it earlier, yet you shouldn’t go in with the expectation that you will.

At this moment in time, not a single prize pool has returned yet, so we don’t know if they ever will. (Plasma Pool, Pathojen Pool, Phantom Fleet Pool, Flourish Pool, Speedrunner Pool, Corona Dragonslayer Pool all gave currently not returned)

Probably. Could be that they might expand on past prize pools though, adding new skins for other weapons to already popular sets (plasma, phantom fleet, for example) and in return making them more diluted and therefore expensive to get what you want to pull for.
Or adding new prize pools as a “2nd volume” for sets that won’t include old ones.
All just speculations, but yeah, they’re most likely just focusing on new things right now.
But then again, we got a Plasma Discipline trial too, they’re trying to build a higher demand for it, so who knows

Hi, I have a question about the currency/coin system in FragPunk.

I participated in the event where you receive rewards every 15 minutes of playtime.
I also bought the €0.99 pack, which gave me 1000 Limited FragPunk Coins that must be spent within a certain time or they expire.

I used 990 of those coins to buy the Game Pass.
After completing the pass, I received the full amount back, but this time as normal coins.

Last season I did something similar, but around 500 normal coins still expired, which confused me.

👉 My question:
Can normal coins expire as well, or was that a bug or a season reset issue?
I’m worried that my coins might disappear again.

It is possible, but if the item you're purchasing is more than the limited currency, the difference would be fragpunk coins. Does that make sense?

If you have limited currency in your inventory you should be able to click purchase on the item you want and it'll give you the option to use the limited currency or FragPunk coins.

Hmm…it might have? You can try to reinstall the game and see if the shaders cache correctly. My guess is that the hardware ID isn’t matching, which is causing the system to think it’s a different GPU than what is installed.
