I just joined this server bc i need help, i tried to buy something off Fragpunk and it said it needed to verify so i waited till it was done then it said i need to verify WITH MY ID is that normal? is that okay? is it safe? I don’t want to do that bc fragpunk has NEVER done that before anytime i go to buy something. it even took my money but then i get an email said it’ll issue a refund in 10 days!! has anyone came across this before? Where did you download the game? The different game fronts have their own different payment systems so it's probably just the game store that's wanting you to verify. If you didn't download from steam, you could try there. Otherwise you could try one of the other options on pc like the microsoft store, pc game pass, or epic games (or it might even work to install it on playstation or xbox and purchase on there if the cross-platform linking works and you have access to a console.)

I figured it out yall!! it was the third party payment system! (i did TONS of research and this third party paymentwall is known to be VERY safe and secure and they usually do ID checks every so often in case they suspect fraud) so i got it handled!! thank you guys tho for trying to help i very much appreciate it!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 this isn’t a first occurrence, others when i did research said they same have happened to them and they are super safe!

If you're saying you have 600 left of the fragpunk coin discount coupon from the event, which is going to expire, then you have a couple options.

1. You could use it as a discount for something higher priced that you want and pay the rest with real FP coins. If you want the battle pass, this would be a good option since i think you get more FP coins in return for finishing the premium version. (And you get even more from getting the "monthly" membership which also comes with free premium BP upgrade, but I'm not sure if you can use the coupon on the membership. Also FYI the membership does not auto renew so there's no worries about that.)
2. If you're wanting to not spend any real money and don't have any normal FP coins already to make up the difference, there are some items for less than 600 FP coins that you can get, that aren't shown on the shop page. For example if you go into your Arsenal, then click on a lancer, and go through their skins or accessories, there's stuff for under 300 I think.

You could post in #game-suggestions or in-game when you press Esc there's a support button where you can then choose to give feedback. Or when you exit the game you can fill out feedback if you click the button on the left.

If you're doing it for a creator event then the website for that will tell you which hashtags are required. Otherwise I'm not sure if it really matters. I guess it depends on what you're trying to do.

You have to use the #find-teammates channel to have it create a post in #lfg-requests for you

Time of day and server/location is gonna matter most for ranked queue times but higher ranks could also take longer if there's less people at those ranks. That being said, I've never had any issues finding games in plat. And after the devs advertised at twitch con, queue times have been even better, sometimes taking less than a minute.
I usually play us-west servers in the evening. I've heard people say eu servers have the fastest queue times. (You could also try partying up with people, which sometimes can get you games faster, at least in some modes like gear up I've seen it help. Some people have said it's helped in ranked too)

Oh that one. Keep in mind you can pick up the core, the elevator in the middle starts on the bottom floor, move it up one and place it on the second floor. Also run Chum for the chompers to distract the boss and stuff. If he gets too close to the core just raise the elevator

I never beat that one solo cause I didn’t have the strat at the time but it’s just easier with more people

His slowing traps are well placed around corners so players can’t pass the corner without becoming open.

His teleporter trap is best used when enemies are cornered/don’t have a lot of space to move, or are just distracted.
It pairs well with Serket‘s sinking sand ability for example. You can use burners to block their backside and use his teleport „trap“ to force them into the burner or into the open. It’s pretty much a short area denial which can be good on offense and defensive, but also really depends on maps and lineups.

His portals are very versatile and can be used for both offensive and defensive play. Use portals to quickly switch between sides when overwhelmed on one, use teleporters to surprise enemies from unexpected spots, use them in backlines of eachsite on defense so teammates can rotate between sites fast, place one somewhere and carry the other with you, for retreats. You can apply pressure onto two sites simultaneously if you’re good enough at handling his portals, etc…

On the game mode menu, you can change the server location by pressing R on PC (not sure what it is on consoles), or clicking on Server. By default, it’s set to auto, so the closest server with the lowest ping gets priority. However, you can change it to whatever server you want.

FPCP: Firstly, if you are new to the game, I encourage you to learn the cards well (especially in the role of CM). You must draft the cards well to have an advantage in your ranked rounds.
Learning the cards allows you to adapt your gameplay even during the game.

FPCP: Regarding Patho, be sure to place your traps in off-angle positions, as the range is quite large (especially around doors). If an enemy walks by, they will inevitably activate it. This will either damage them or alert you that someone has passed through. You can also place them on the bomb to avoid defuses or save time.

In mid/high level you will see everyone shooting the bomb before defuse in case they added some Jaguar trap, Pathojen Trap

FPCP: Serket, eh? I don't have much experience on Serket but I can give you a few pointers.

When using her sandstorm ability, you can control where it goes and even enlarge the sandstorm. You could use this to break sight lines from the enemy or get into a better position. The sandstorm also slows enemies caught in it. But enemies can also use this to their advantage by going into the sandstorm to try to knife you

Her teleporting ability deploys a beacon at her location before she transforms into the ball form. Enemies can one shot this beacon and immediately kill Serket so make sure to put the beacon somewhere safe.

FPCP: I met a few serkets who used her storm ability on some maps (like black market B mid) you can send her sandstorm out early (before round starts) to slow enemies down so you can push much safer and catch em off guard I believe you can stop your sandstorm trough walls as well

For her quick sand pair it with a duo if you want most out of it tell em where to Nade you throw the sand and they throw the nades/ burners or you can throw the quicksand on the bomb just enough that the person who wants to defuse it physically can't do it cuz you pulling him away from it

For the teleport try to survive with it when you using it try to trick em into thinking you went into that corner forcing em to take a 50/50 chance that if you are there or not + gather info with it like use one for info the second one to trick em and help your team get site you can also pair this ability with sandstorm cuz you can stop the sandstorm while you are in ball mode

FPCP: Serket is more a flank char (pretty cool if you love play solo or playing in two time).

• Especially with the ball, You can gather information, reposition yourself, and/or move through gaps to flank the enemy. For example, on Akhet, when you push the B (water) area, you can cast from the treasure chest on the left and move under Heaven or CT Spawn.
• The tornado is very effective for pushing with your team or breaking the opponent's lines.
• TIP: You can cast your tornado and instantly cast your fireball; follow your tornado while staying inside it to be safe from enemy fire.
• Soak is useful for blocking rushes and also canceling diffuses (tip: you can also combine soak + molotov inside)

FPCP: Yes, for some map she's broken. Looks like our strats now everyone used it on toundra > attack. Throw ur tornado before the timer end to push (exactly when 3 sec left) you throw it on middle A and stop the tornado mid A.

Why throwing it before and not after the round started ? Because you will gain lot of travel time. You can instant block the MID A way at the start and free push mid to B

FPCP: I wanted to do more of this on youtube but ... the game lost a lot of people then no one watch it. Only nitro boost wall was "interesting". Even LineUp wasn't famous but if you want to take a look i did some soak line up on map

FPCP: both of those lancers are very good and easy to learn I personally like chum for the fishes it forced people to not flank and it gives general free control on the map till the fish doesn't die

For nitro she can get angles that no other character can with her walls making some insane peeks you can utilize in the game and her turrets and in some maps you can stack em together to do more dmg each tic is 5dmg and you have 2 of em her drone also free info and helps the team to push with some general info

FPCP: It heavily depends on your playstyle. Do you like being the entry person and going into site first? Choose Dex or Corona. Dex is super straightforward and easy to learn, hard to master. He has a 10 HP clone he can put down that gives him a 2nd life. Very useful if used right

Do you like taking a more defensive and support approach? Choose Pathogen or aura

FPCP: for hollowpoint you should try to hold areas with your sniper forcing the enemy to not let em get through you (most common hollowpoints hold is middle in most maps not all) and just try to force the enemy to peek you and not you peek them you have sniper that has one shot potential

For walls you need some map knowledge on some maps you can use your wall through wall to earn some info for your team and block vision you can also stop the wall by looking at it and pressing stop (whatever button that is on pc unfortunately I do not know that)

For the tiny tracker always place one on your flank not necessary to hide it cuz then you force em to walk into it or shoot it meaning you earn info by sound if you are defending try to hide em on doorways or somewhere where even if they see it they have to shoot it

For cards its usually depends what are the options available if you put enough time into the game you get used to know which cards but for example

Anything that gives extra health is good and anything that gives you some movement and whatever helps you with dmg

FPCP: If you are aggressive I highly recommend corona for you he's a type of lancer that needs a lot of confidence mandatory that you learn to flash as soon as you out from cover with the dash 💨

You can use your 2nd ability (the fire) on yourself if you want some tiny bit of speed boost and resistance to incoming dmg or you can throw it at enemies so they can't push through that area temporarily

You also need to call out when you do what with the flash so your team can help you make plays and much safer

If you are a controller player 🎮 the players you have flashed won't have aim assist on you

FPCP: It priorities Limited Time Coins first! If you don't have enough limited coins for a purchase, it uses up all your limited time coins and then your actual Fragpunk coins

FPCP: Like Tomika said, if you're an aggressive player, choosing the right lancer is important. Personally, my go to lancer on attacking is Dex. He's a very useful entry lancer, and his clone can get you free value. If your good enough, you can even get a kill off of your clone.

Pairing Dex with the HUD Remix card allows him to have a 150 HP clone, effectively doubling his health to 300.

I mean Aura is a specific gamestyle as support not like patho, i'll see most of people picked aura just for the increase HP and going duel. But she's a really defensive pick with the perma Q healing.

I play her because my gamestyle match perfectly (im a support/flank players in most of fps) i don't like playing entry frag but most of the time in 2nd frag or flank. That's why aura is powerful when i play her, you can reveal give movespeed, heal ur mates and you are pretty free with double increase of HP

FPCP: personally the IGL (in game leader) role pretty much comes into play when you start hitting dia rank since the ranked will change drastically. For gun recommended there's not a lot to say fever, discipline both really good (most picked), in smgs both of em once again really good I prefer Clampdown tho doe to faster fire rate and paired with Counterfit it works out really well even in long ranges, for Lmgs My way is the better one but sometimes if certain cards are active Ghost pepper takes the lead, this will all come to you the more you play the game and for watching people you could also just ask us to play with you since we can also do that any of us pretty much I prefer show things in training map rather then actually playing or we can watch your vod (soon) and give you hints or things you might could have done better

It’s integrated graphics, and below the recommended spec. Since it is a laptop, I’d recommend closing any and all background apps and stopping any processes not needed for the functioning of Windows, then try to play the game. I would also recommend lowering the settings as well.

FPCP: I used to get this message and its GPU related, the way i solved it was by updating my GPU drivers, its usually the #1 reason of all texture memory issues in all games.

However, if you are still encountering this issue you can try clearing/deleting stuff on the drive that has fragpunk installed, and if you dont have Fragpunk installed on your C Drive or a drive that has an ssd, I'd highly recommend you install it on one.

You can also try closing background programms like, Discord Overlay, Nvidia Overlay or any browsers, etc...

But more importantly if you keep on encountering this issue and are playing on DX12 then switch to DX11 and it would most probably solve it, also try running the game on admin mode.

What does it mean server and how do I find user ID?

The server is which server you encounter the bug with. For example, if it's NA-East, you put NA-East 1. The User ID number is the one you use in the game. The ID is located in the Main Menu and you click on your username. Like so:
