why do I get a "please try again later" error when pressing "R" to clear all red points on my weapon tab? there are no red dots, no new stickers/skins/charms/kill counters, etc... (but there is a "new" next to the weapon tab)

Checked the Internet, restarted the router and PC, to no avail. Has anyone encountered this? Maybe there is a workaround or a known solution? I would be grateful for any hint 🙏

i had that problem too , i fixed it by going: open network and internet settings -> change adapter options ->properties -> double click on Internet Protocol version 4(ipv4)->change Dns from automatic to use the following DNS addresses and here type 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 (google) or 1.1.1.1 (cloudfare). You can check on which one you have better ping and set it.

It's not an issue with the game. It's an issue with these stupid DNS blocklist providers that some routers or DNS servers seem to use. Eero was the most prevalent case of it, and i had to contact Eero support for them to look into it and contact their DNS blocklist provider and tell them they screwed up. Last time I tested, it looks like eero routers are working now without any workarounds. If you have an issue on a different router, please complain to your router manufacturer so they actually fix it for everyone. There's also multiple potential workarounds in the meantime, for example disabling the optional advanced feature in the router settings or using a different DNS server among other options.

all the progress should be stored in the acc you created make sure you haven't logged in in other acc or maybe it just loaded directly to google, make sure to log out and log in again with your acc the one you had all the stuff with hope this helps, if after this the issue persist talk with support again and tell them all your situation.

You just need to go into the training base with a friend, then press f2 on your keyboard to "test skins" (or the controller equivalent, button tips are visible on the left or right side of the screen), and select one of the skins, equip it and shoot a bit with it or something, and the quest should be done. no purchases required from anyone

I’ve figured it out. Having gamepass only temporarily unlocks the skins for the month you own gamepass. You won’t own the skins once your subscription ends which is an absolute joke so I’m sssuming this is why they won’t let you upgrade the skins because then you lose skin keys to a cosmetic you won’t have in a month. Does this make sense? It’s such a joke I’ve emailed in about it because I don’t understand why they have done it like that

What can the "Time" sticker set be fused into?

Probably not fuseable just like Sword of Justice set…
They are stickers that you can obtain just by playing/or in the case of SoJ buying with gold from item shop

that's how it was like with them usually, however with the stickers from the new event, you can use them to fuse, they're the only stickers under the "time" category

because they are blue stickers, unlike the usual purple ones in that category

these are the first 2 i got that are blue from an event, all past ones were purple, for example the crocodile and penguin from the circus event, these are the first that are actually visible and selectable in the fusion menu, ig ill have to just try it and waste the stickers lol

I just installed fragpunk from gamepss, so I got some free skins to use. I equip the disco ball skin, which is the axe knife type, but I can't equip it. I take OFF the skin and try to equip it, and sure enough I can equip it. Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Hmm we are not exactly GMs so we can't help you with a per match instance, sadly we only deal with discord side of things my friend. But since you can also tell something feels off, my intuition would be on the probability that someone was getting carried by their teammate on the enemy side normally you as a diamond shouldn't be matched with them, but if they have a premade team like that with a higher elo person accompanying lower elo ones, they can make it to a match with you, it is possible... Unfortunately

A gold person wouldn't be able to participate in an advanced rank match iirc, under normal circumstances

Well since your accounts are currently all lvl1 it seems like your only option is to follow their lead it's good that you can see your old account. Again, I do know people getting their accounts back we just need to figure out how to do that for you whichever account you've used to connect them, if they're all indeed linked, you might want to unbind your steam perhaps, or idk, if you think that's too risky, unbind your epic or playstation account and create a new account there and continue with that account but also quoting this one email you've received

I do know it is possible for other games, mostly mobile based ones or the kinds that have lots of skins for you to buy. As for you, you can try epic store perhaps they'll have better regional pricing than steam?

Do you have a 3rd party antivirus installed? Sometimes they flag or block multiple games' anticheat software. That may be what's happening here. Otherwise try verifying game files or reinstalling (or install to a different drive if you still have issues since in that case it may be a hardware issue).

Network Error means the game can't contact the login server. Either you have internet issues or something is blocking the connection. Apparently some routers have optional unnecessary features that include a DNS filter to block sites that they don't like. These rules are often written by AI and often wrong. Eero routers admitted they were incorrectly blocking the webhost that fragpunk is using and sent a fix request to their 3rd party DNSFilter provider. It looks like Eero routers don't get the Network Error anymore, but that's because i reported the issue to Eero and they fixed it.

If your router is causing this issue, please report it to your router manufacturer so they can fix it.
(it is not an issue the game devs can fix).

In the meantime there are a few workarounds you can try. The main solution for now is to disable optional features on your router named something like advanced security or adblocking. You'll still be safe without them. I made a youtube video if you want more info.

When you report the issue to your router manufacturer, you can optionally tell them to make sure ALIYUNCSSLBINTL dot com is not blocked (the login URL is a subdomain of that).

Yes that's what i found with my in depth research into solving the Eero issue.
It's annoying cuz they don't give you any info about what they're blocking so i had to use my own network inspector tools to find DNS requests that were happening when trying to log in, then just started trying whitelisting urls until it started working. That's very strange. First of all, try running the game as admin. Then have you tried installing from a different store? Steam, Epic, Microsoft are all available on PC. If they all give you issues then something is likely wrong with your system. Maybe run MemTest86 and CheckDisk for starters (to check RAM then storage). Otherwise i only have generic ideas like make sure your system meets the minimum requirements (I think there's an odd one like requiring something like AVX2 on your CPU. Not sure if that's the correct abbreviation). They should be listed on the website.
I'm not super familiar with that type of error but the fact that it lists the address at 0000 sounds like it couldn't even find the beginning of the file, which is why it sounds like something is blocking it from loading. Some computers come preinstalled with 3rd party antivirus so double check your app list.

Hi batworx, this is nearly always an issue with your router. Some routers have poorly coded optional features that block things they're not supposed to. I got in contact with Eero support to get them to fix it since that was the most reported brand with this issue, but it seems people are still having issues with some other brand. Do you know what brand and model router you have?

The best solution is to contact support for your router to report the issue to them, so it can be fixed for everyone with that brand. There are also a few options for workarounds in the meantime though.

If you click on the tickets and drag it to the max it will tell you how many frag punk coins it cost. 🙂 in total it should be around 70$ from what I heard but I’m not 100% because I didn’t buy this bundle my self yet. You unlock them by using gold and although 18888 gold might seem as high price for unlocking one lancer was not too long sitting one 100k gold which used on unlocking some lancers even tho most time got the membership and have them unlocked/on trial anyways 😄

1. Did you try running the game as admin?
2. Also test out disabling any third party antivirus or make an exception. They often incorrectly block anti cheat software from many games.
3. Make sure AVX or AVX2 is enabled in your BIOS (and make sure it supports the BMI2 instruction set).
   There's more troubleshooting steps on the website under "Launching Issues FAQ" but those are a few I commonly see.

Hello! 2 of my friends haven't been able to access the game ever since launch on ps5, it keeps saying that it can't connect to the servers and the only solution i could find online is to turn off the router's defenses (not doing that)

I just had a game freeze/crash after a couple minutes of playing today. I closed all open programs and background processes, launched it again, and it was fine the rest of the day. Not sure if the game just needs some more free RAM or if it was just a random error (I was checking my challenges while spectating my teammate).

2. Have you tried closing every other running program and background process (close everything in your bottom-right system tray for example)?
