After the latest Fragpunk update, I switched my graphics settings from DX11 to DX12—but now the game won’t launch at all. It crashes immediately on startup. I've already updated my GPU drivers and reinstalled the game, but that didn't solve it.

Why do I get a network error after verifying my identity?

Do you have an Eero router? They're currently bugged. If you don't wanna wait for the fix Eero said you can disable their bugged "advanced security" feature or use the guest network. If you have a different router, make sure there's no parental controls or similar content blockers turned on.

That would be awesome if the fix was finally pushed through. Last time i called Eero they said they finally forwarded my change request to their 3rd party DNS blocklist provider (a couple weeks ago now), and once they could get around to updating their lists, they also had to propogate them across the world to multiple CDNs and such. That may mean that the fix could get rolled out to different users at different times, not sure. I'll have to run a test later and see if it's fixed now

What I heard was LC players had some codes they were giving out on their live twitch streams today or yesterday. Not sure if they have more, or any info beyond that

Depends on your play style. I think you can try them all out in training grounds? For example, Dex is good for essentially an extra life, Corona is good if you like to be aggressive and push, Hurricane I haven't tried yet but sounds like a pretty good control character. If you try them out and really can't decide, I'd just go with Dex for now. He's good and not too complicated. Either way it won't take you too long to get more coins to unlock another (especially if you grab a one month membership like i did. It's a boost to income earned and lets you use all lancers for free for that 30 day period). Another thing to keep in mind is there's a little rewards track event for the new character and unlocking him unlocks that stuff faster (but it doesn't take long to get the rewards either way).

Honestly I don't know what the devs are thinking. They have 18 game modes/playlists. Every single extra concurrent mode you add further splits the playerbase. You need millions of players to have 18. Even most of the most popular games don't have that many concurrent modes. They need to limit it to like 3 or 4 with rotations (hourly+daily+weekly) so people can actually queue quickly.

It's weird, I've never had queue times that long aside from arcade modes that people don't play. You don't have to answer if you don't want to but when people mention long queues I'm curious what is their: rank, location, playlist they're queuing for, reputation (letter grade), and time of day? There may be some common factor. For example I have heard a lot of people say the European servers always have fast queues. Something may have also changed with the matchmaking system this season but I'm not sure. They may need to loosen it up a bit. Also if someone else is complaining about your ping, they're just being rude. A lot of people just desperately search for any reason to insult someone or blame others for things. Play with whatever ping you want.

It seems odd that your teammates would be bots though, i think it's typically enemies. Have you tried chatting to them or voice comming them? Sometimes I've thought someone was a bot until i started talking to them and they started voice comming back lol

This is typically a router issue (blocking a connection to the login authentication server). Usually seen with Eero routers. They currently have a bug in their optional "advanced security" feature that they're fixing. They (eero support) said for now you can disable that feature or use the guest network. Some other routers seem to be blocking as well if you have parental controls or similar advanced features enabled. They may be using the same shared 3rd party DNS list that has an issue.

Once that's done, do check in with your account status to see if the missing coins have been issued.

It'll show up in your transaction history and then ask a refund

No not really. I happened once before and I just restarted my PlayStations internet connection and restarted the console and it worked. Might be different for u but that’s how I fixed it on my end

hey, have some issues where I can't log into the game anymore, just get error 10010 all the time (fetching game data from server). never happened before, tried everything from restart comp, to reinstall the game, allow it through firewall, reset router and cmd with ipconfig release renew and flushdns. nothing seems to work :S All my other games works as intended

I got it working actually. I had to go into the netease account that was connected to the Xbox account (make a new one and link it) and then I just unlinked it through PC

Where can I go to complain about the bots in this game? They do a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense. I just had a game where the bot snatched the converter and spent the rest of the match jumping at the spawn point until the other team of bots decided to go kill them.

Hello i have a bug. this does not happen in any other game. i have tried everything from reinstalling the game, updating drivers, checking if its the mouse. when i ADS with any gun half of the time i have to hope it shoots. i have to either hip fire shoot for the gun to fire or aim in until it decides to shoot. this makes the game almost unplayable. i really like this game and play with my boyfriend. like i mean aiming in i have even clicked like 4 times and it wont shoot where i would have to re aim and shoot for it to shoot.

i love to snipe and this is a big HECK no for me to even try because 6/10 shots do not shoot. and i just end up staring at the people

That's what i thought but I watched the replay, none of them had an account, all lvl109 w/ behavioral features of bots : robotic movement while moving predictable/repetitive positions, odd aim placement/map control etc. So i was really wondering if it's a common feature to fill a shard clash with only bots because it never happened to me in ranked clash
