Head over to settings, and then at the top bar, move over to controller section there you should see your keybinds. If you check the left side of the UI you'll see name of keybinds and which button they're attached to my friend. You can change them all as you see fit, since console launch day 1.

There's still no official fix to the eero network error unfortunately. It is still mandatory to disable adblocker to get the game going, which members should prioritise their safety over a game

it seems im unable to launch the game through steam. i just downloaded it and have already tried a few fixes. i have tried to verify the integrity of the game files, restart steam, run steam as an administrator, run fragpunk from the application both normal and as an administrator, tried adding -dx11 to the launch options and none of them work. every time i click play it will ask me if i want to let this application make changes to my computer when i click yes it will start launching and the anti cheat will pop up in the bottom right get to ~50% the just close itself no error no nothing just wont launch.

It is a playstation bug. Devs have not been able to resolve it yet even after 1 week of console launch. The only solution for now is - uninstall the game and play other cooler games.

I've gotten this question a lot. Normally, you shouldn’t need to disable security settings just to play a game, but Eero’s filters can be weirdly aggressive with some game traffic thishappens with Apex, CoD, and others too. Eero is just mistakenly blocking legit connections.

If you do try disabling the security, you can turn it back on right after playing. And if you’d rather not tweak any settings at all, I’d suggest contacting Fragpunk support -

If you want a specific reason, it's probably because you're with Mediacom (Same here) and you don't really fix it. At this point it's a lot safer to just wait and not disable your advanced security

You don't need to save a game replay my friend the game records your last games in your match history section that you can check by simply clicking your gamertag in main menu > history. (3rd tile from the top row) And then upon inspecting your game history you'll notice that it's divided by sections where it has map section at the very right. Below them you'll see your game replays with a play button. Click on any game and you'll have a record of your entire game. And then you can capture your slick shots as you're watching the record

fragpunk just permanently freezing and having high packet loss, choke, and route flapping? Before this I had to play on a VPN or else it would simply just kick me out of the match but still worked fine. This week can't even play the game. We have a solution like this my friend have you ever tried it?

If you are experiencing constant flapping MS spikes which force you to disconnect or abandon a match the fix is very simple:

Go to task manager > go to details and right click Fragpunk, then set the priority to Ad(realtime) or (high). I didn't see a fix until I tried to set it to realtime process priority. After I did that there was no disconnecting or stutters!

**You will need to do this EVERY TIME you boot the game but as a temporary bandaid **

Or we can try setting up a DNS for you but that's mainly for people with network connection issues

Hmm. Unfortunately since console launch is quite recent and almost all the discord staff are on pc, while we do have solutions for such network issues, they're not going to work on consoles unfortunately. And since you mentioned you were able to play the game without issues but you only recently began to witness this issue indicates to me that this is not an Eero router issue but some other type of console launch issue that other people also face. In that case, my recommends would be:

• try to clean up your network settings on your console my friend. There should be a clear network something button in your network settings. I would often run into this issue with GTA online and that would fix it.

• Otherwise, my recommendation would be to reach out to #game-support , explain your issue but also do provide your console, your entire setup and anything you may wanna provide that can help us better track down and solve console issues

Of course, we are here to help my friend. I will start off by giving you a few advices:

• this game has one of the best multiplayer communities especially within this discord and you can freely ask us or fellow players anything you desire.
• you can check https://discord.com/channels/1242297152970166282/1348894286149849108 for some tactical insight or how people go about things
• my own advice would be to not worry about aiming too much this game is not punishing with it's mechanics regarding aim, rather learn the cards because some of them can be very nasty and there are 200+ of them. They do matter a lot. Try to buy a card every round if you're able. Pay attention to lancers that have important abilities. If you see a hollowpoint or a broker on enemy team, don't peak corners too much unless you know you're free to do so as they can one shot you. Be tactical. Use lancers like sonar or jaguar to locate enemies. Always use your abilities, they matter a lot. Constantly look for the golden stuff around the map where they drop free heals, shard points or cards for you to use. Never leave them alone .
• oh and also you'd be wise to not talk about coaching or getting boosted and things like that so I commend you for not seeking such services, as they're against our server rules.

Hey so! If you click or hover over that icon you should be able to either set you microphone volume up (if it’s at the bottom it’s muted and on 0) or change it from push to talk to open

If none of this works check your PlayStation settings, Settings > Sound > Microphone . And make sure your input device is good and set and you’re not muted via controller or headset

Of course, rightfully so, I didn't mean your hardware my friend. Have you checked in our console launch faq news in our official website by any chance? You see, there are steps in there regarding the account linking process. I think what happened here was that your console account had some progress or had an account created before the linking process meaning, your console account took over your data. Which would explain why you would lose things.

Since you're on pc, I can recommend a quick fix like this as you mentioned this only started happening recently my friend:

If you are experiencing constant flapping MS spikes which force you to disconnect or abandon a match the fix is very simple.

Go to task manager > go to details and right click Fragpunk, then set the priority to Ad(realtime) or (high). I didn't see a fix until I tried to set it to realtime process priority. After I did that there was no disconnecting or stutters!

**You will need to do this EVERY TIME you boot the game but as a temporary bandaid **

For example, for pc launch: we had epic and steam. These platforms had the exact same bundles, just different stores. What happened was that, duplicate items were converted into in game currencies, and then you'd end up with 2 passes.

Now for pc + console bundles, what's gonna happen is you'll have all the unique skins + other stickers etc + the pass ticket of the bundle

After reading it from my understanding if you purchase the chapter 2 premium or ultimate battlepass and complete it when season 2 comes around you’ll receive the rewards for the chapter 1 battle pass in the mail (but only for console)

Okay so i had 4th bsod PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA after season 2 started, always happens in same scenario, i close game 2 second and blue screen. Contacted ingame support but only got basic recommendations like verify files, update drivers (already up to date) etc. Only happens with fragpunk, im playing marvel rivas and poe2 plus some single player games with no issues. There were no issues with fragpunk until new season, no idea what might cause this aside of game itself or Neac Protect, probably second since no issues while im playing.

So in the mean time, you can try to do a couple of things:

1. Open Terminal as administrator and type in the following:
   DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
   SFC /scannow
2. Right click on the Start button and click on Search. Search for Memory Diagnostic Tool, right click on the Microsoft program, then click on Okay. Restart your computer and let the system scan for issues with the RAM. The computer will restart itself and give you a file that would be the result of the scan.

Unfortunately, I'm a pc player so as much as I would love to help you guys with these all I can say is that game history should record your last 40 matches in your profile and your placement matches should always be shown and should never get lost. Especially when you literally won the match.

Now, there's a lot of problems with the console version at the moment and I do remember seeing this issue from other members as well. Unfortunately we have no way of preventing this until Devs provide a fix for it themselves, but what I can tell you is, if you can somehow get the match ID or both of you can present your case via #game-support and briefly explain to customer support that you're missing a match and that you should be compensated accordingly for it, hopefully they'll get you guys sorted.

Since you mentioned that you were doing your placements that is normal SBMM behaviour, I can't comment on there my friend. I've seen it happen in many games so I don't think there's a fault there

But if it's not a placement match, and you got queued above your supposed ranked range which should be anywhere from a tier below you, your tier and one tier above you, then please also report that in your statement as well.

that's misleading, no? 5% for ANY of superb drops, which you then need to divide by however many different drops of said quality there are.

On console: when u open the game u get a HTML page where u MUST accept or reject cookies otherwise u can’t login. (i guess it’s cookies). Maybe ur routers is filtering that html page as an ad, that’s why u can’t login. I tried to skip that page and guess what.. i get “Login is not open yet”. That’s the problem.

I'm not sure if it can be fixed from their side. It's eero that's causing the problem. Their "advanced security" content blocker is trash and has blocked a ton of legitimate stuff over time. There's eero support threads full of people listing all kinds of major sites and logins that are blocked by it. The easy solution is to just get the eero wifi app and disable that garbage feature (that they also charge you monthly for). It's not something most routers have, so disabling it won't make you insecure, they just try to scare you into paying them by calling it "advanced security" and not maintaining it.
You can also i think alternatively set up a guest network or use a vpn, which accomplish the same thing (using a vpn bypasses their DNS blocker since they can't see your traffic).

Btw a moderator on the PlayFragPunk subreddit made a post on how to solve the eero issue (along with some other suggestions in the comments if that isn't your exact issue). Links aren't allowed here but it's titled:

yes; I'm in the US, and other Xbox players were able to connect without a problem. It may be a result of trying to connect immediately vs. after doing the "training" when first logging into console. The problem is, once you do it in the wrong order it is too late to do it in the correct order.
