The only other time I’ve noticed this pop up is when you try to connect something like a steam account to a different netease account. But my Xbox account has no other connections so I have zero clue about what could be the problem. It works just fine for linking PSN

So I might try to find a way to make a completely new account on my Xbox and see if I skip the first area where you can connect an account upon first launch then maybe I could try to play the tutorial and then go to settings. Unless it messed something up with Microsoft too

I really hope that's not the case because then we won't be able to access that data until they add that feature. Yeah @plain meadow I think the issue is I tried to log into my fragpunk account with steam when I first launched the game on Xbox but then it must’ve glitched out and now all of those accounts are disabled from connecting to my Xbox one, as well as my Facebook one as I hadn’t had it connected to my steam account and instead I hadn’t it on my Xbox account. I’ve tried everything I could think of but I am beyond confused, also @zinc thicket the bug is only for Xbox

There’s not even a way to unbind any accounts outside of fragpunk, the website doesn’t do anything. And then if I unlink my Xbox one currently it just makes a brand new account immediately and puts in on the Xbox account instead of waiting until I’m fully logged in.

If you unlinked your Steam account from your NetEase account, your game progress remains tied to the original NetEase account not Steam. Re-link your steam account to the original net ease account. and it should be fine.

Yeah I think it’s an error with the account linking upon first launch but because when you unlink an Xbox account and it immediately creates another one there’s no way to do a complete restart. i still do but i just tried something and i switched from my wifi to my hotspot on my phone just to have a different internet connection and was able to log in to fragpunk on PC AND Console. If the video was from last patch, then those videos are not available for playback. However, deleting the video cache deletes every video chosen. If you haven’t chosen any videos to delete, it clears the cache, so no videos are in it.

I FOUND THE ISSUE . It's the deadzone setting . Or at least seting the a veiw stick deadzone to zero has, for the most part, fixed it for me . It does have a small, barely noticeable jitter . But it's so much better now .

Unfortunately, NetEase is somehow filtered by Eero's adblocker so that's why you cannot launch the game. Until this issue is resolved, you have to follow these steps my friend:

Step 1: Open EERO app

Step 2: Click on security and privacy

Step 3: Click on network controls

Step 4: Disable adblocking & advanced security

Step 5: You should be able to log in, have fun guys!

If you don't have an eero router: Check if your router software has a filter. If it does either disable it or add your computer to the filter exclusion list. Or reset your router Else, contact ⁠#game-support

Hey, I've encountered many issues. Can someone help?

• I often experience network fluctuations, where everyone freezes except for me, and then it returns to normal.
• Sometimes, I get stuck, constantly running in one direction, unable to change guns or utilities. I can still shoot a bullet, and the game continues normally, but then it eventually comes back to normal.
• Rarely, the game just freezes and then crashes.
• Often, when loading into the first round, guns and players are invisible. It takes a minute or two to load properly.

For context, I have a computer that meets the requirements, and my network connection is excellent. However, it feels like there might be some packet loss or something causing these issues, but I can't pinpoint the cause.

No thats the trick of the event to connect people but only the one who was the inviter gets the points the invited gets nothing. People have to unterstand Netease and have experience with their past games then Fragpunk is much easier to understand.

i have ping 40 in discord, 60 in r6s, 40 in cs go, i dont know what is up with fragpunk. I tried apps similar to gear up, they give minus 5 ping at most and dont affect fragpunk at all

For high pings check where is the closest fragpunk server to ur location😉😂 that might explain why ur ping is bad.
