Click on Start, then All Apps. Go to the NVidia part, then right click on the NVidia app, then “Run As Administrator”. The app will automatically download the latest version of the app if it is out of date.
From there, on the left side, click on drivers, then click on update, if there is one available.

Try to do display capture. It does take a bit more system resources, but that should enable you to stream the game from OBS. It also captures your whole display, so be very cautious about stuff like what is in the background, the desktop picture, things like that.

And If you use RTSS or MSI Afterburner, make sure there’s no FPS cap

Let's compare and contrast settings to see what settings you have. Here is my benchmark test, so let's see if there's anything there that has changed or worsted.

By comparison, this was a couple of patches ago. The only thing that has changed is the motherboard, as it went out on me a couple of weeks ago. Compare those settings and see if that helps with performance.

Hi! I'm having a bug that I haven't seen anywhere else online, and customer support is taking a while to respond - so I'm here. Here's what I sent to support:

Date and time of the event: Every time i boot the game, since launch;
More detailed description: Every time I boot into the game, the same set of events happen: The resolution is incorrect, and video settings state that the game is displayed on my secondary monitor, even though it's on my primary. I have to manually change the settings every time I start up the game, so that it's displayed in the correct resolution (2560x1440) instead of the resolution given by the game (1920x1080). I've recorded this issue, and uploaded it to youtube as a private video, as the settings do strange things if I pick a different format (fullscreen, borderless, windowed), which you can view here: (link that I dont know if I can send here).

Hmm….which monitor is your primary, and at what resolution is it set on? It sounds like the game is defaulting to the wrong monitor due to the main setting not being set to it.

My primary monitor is a 1440p monitor "M27Q", and my secondary is a 1080p "OMEN BY HP 25". It defaults back to the 1080p one every time I boot into the game, AND every time I change settings - but the game is always initially displayed on my 1440p screen, in 1080p resolution, despite what the settings state.

Upon changing the settings to 1440p, the resolution does change correctly (the image gets visually sharper), but the settings say its in 1080p still.

Nope, I dont use FSR, or any kind of image upscaling, like super resolution or DLSS. I do use the setting in-game for DLSS, but changing this setting had no changes to the issue. I update my drivers regularly, and I reinstalled them for this game. I also reinstalled the game, but no fix.

It's most likely a false positive meaning there is nothing to be concerned about unless you downloaded Fragpunk from somewhere else other than Steam or Epic Games Launcher.
I would first disregard the quarantine and un-flag the threat. Update your virus protection. Then verify your Fragpunk files from Steam or Epic.

These are the settings I use. Granted, I have a 7900XT as a GPU and a Ryzen 7 9700x, but this is the basic gist of the settings I use. I average roughly 245 fps in game, and I don't really notice any stuttering or frame rate drops in game. Compare and contrast those settings and see if they make any difference in game.

I don't understand Hollowpoint's railgun. I shot an enemy hollowpoint in the chest and it did 130. They then shoot me immediately after and it does 150 and I die. They didn't have any damage reduction. This happens to me like kind of a lot. What gives?? What am I missing? In my testing the railgun is always a 1 shot body shot. Why does it sometimes seemingly randomly hit for 130?

I would first run any connection issues through the standard troubleshooting steps, like power cycling your network devices, resetting your network properties, using a third party DNS address, things of that nature.

if you have a router with dumaOS you can do a pingmap to their servers - before starting a match make sure you turn off auto select servers by hitting R then selecting the proper servers. It'll throw you anywhere otherwise, i'm Midwest US and have played on EU servers cause of that.

You're don't deal full damage with the sniper when you hit limbs

So unless you hit the chest or the head with the Resolver for instance, you are not going to one tap the enemy

Yes, both arms and legs are considered limbs. Also, you don’t deal full damage at long range. While I don’t remember the exact distance, it’s typically around 30 meters. Are the devs aware of the low fps bug? It's talked about a lot on the steam community hub page, every couple days ever since a recent hot fix you have to check game files integrity or completely reinstall the game to get back to your normal fps

Hey yall - I played Fragpunk perfectly fine with typically only 30 latency/ping in games up to about last week, now everytime I play my ping is steady then suddenly jumps up to 200+ and receive insane lag spikes that make the game unplayable. The only way I've been able to fix the bug is completely delete the game files (more than just uninstall, go into your actual files, everything FragPunk related) and reinstall the game. I'll hop on, play for an hour or two no problem, and then my fps will just randomly die. I normally get 300+ and it'll drop to 70-100. Once my fps dies I've exited the game and done a GPU benchmark and everything is fine, played some Cyberpunk no problem same fps I always get. Even if the microphone icon appears muted, it doesn't necessarily mean your mic isn't working. There is a slight visual delay between when you speak and when the icon reacts. This is only a display issue, your voice is still being transmitted in real-time, the audio is not delayed

There is a fix for that, but it’s spotty at best. That’s to tie your Steam account to a NetEase account, if you haven’t done so already. Other than that, #game-support.

Let's try a ping test to Google's servers. I know the game doesn't use Google's servers, but it should get a baseline if it's packet loss or if the packets return to a null value.

Alright...let's try to port forward Steam and see if that helps. This would require to connect to the IP address to your own network device. It's usually either http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1, whichever connects you to your router's config page. This is the required ports and exemption that you should add to your router's firewall exemption.
Also, this requires network admin's approval if you are on a shared network. If you are in a college or an apartment complex that doesn't have that, contact the network administrator.

Unfortunately that is a detestable practice that lots of chinese games implement to keep new players engaged. Fill low elo games with bots so you feel better about yourself to invest time into the game until youre properly invested.

Only thing you can do is keep playing and within 10 or so hours you should start getting real people lobbies. Same for ranked, youll have the same issue.

I find it hard to believe your first games were with people. Most likely you had a game with 1-2 real people in each team with the rest being AI. It has nothing to do with times either. Just how the game works

Try running it with admin rights. If it works fine, then its an antivirus conflict because of the kernel based anticheat. Also make sure steam is open when they launch it.

It might be worth trying a VPN to see if it's an issue with your connection route to the game servers.. Just for troubleshooting purposes, see if you still get disconnect mid-match. Either way, it’s a known issue that’s currently affecting multiple players, and I’m sure the team is already looking into it
